Senator Bob Graham

Senator Robert Graham is arguably Florida’s most popular politician, having won five consecutive state wide elections. Yet, until recently, this millionaire senator was not well known outside his home state. After the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, Robert Graham, who headed the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, saw his profile rise.
He ran for President of the United States in 2004. Senator Robert Graham has been a Florida politician for most of his life. He first entered the government as a state representative in 1966, serving two terms before moving on to the Florida State Senate in 1970. After completing his second term in 1978, Robert Graham ran for governor. In 1986, after serving his second and final term as Florida’s governor, Robert Graham decided to run for the Senate. He won, and was reelected in 1992 and 1998.
Though initially not well known in the state, Graham had increased his visibility through a series of “workdays” in which he labored alongside common people in a variety of jobs. Helped by a generous infusion of his own money, Robert Graham founded and chaired the Senate New Democrat Commission, a coalition of pro business Democrats. He was also on the Committee of Environment and Public Works, where he helped pass several environmental bills, including a $7.8 billion Everglades restoration law. Graham was involved in forming his party’s stance on prescription drug coverage for seniors, and also served on the Energy and Natural Resources, Finance and Veterans Affairs Committees.
As chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, Graham played a key role in the report that analyzed U.S. intelligence failures leading to the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
I am appauled that you would support Obama for president. More so that you are participating in the biggest fraud being committed on suffering americans by supporting a tax plan that will never come to fruition. ACORN is perpetrating fraud in the electorate and you are aligning yourself with the man who has trained them to do this. You sir are not fit to serve in the senate and I pray that the American people exercise what little power we have left in the electorate and vote you and your lying croonies out of the Capital Building. Shame on you Mr. Graham.

Please work with government funding, legal, zoning, authorization and other agencies to design and implement a very powerful technical assist to FBI and other public safety responsible entities. Such a system is needed as the incidence of terror attempts increases. The system to be designed in a collaborative effort by you and others is networked sensors, communications and real time, very powerful image and database and biometric real time sensed data incorporating, query building, real time updated relational database parsing interagency capable, interopable computer system to detect and deter terror weapons and agents in major US metropolitan centers before the 2009 holidays.
I will present sensors project to your groups or meeting. Please call 347 742 6071 if I can help. I am not Todd Beamerr of Flight 93 but I hope you will remember his request and make phone calls and have meetings this week to get interopable, sensors, communications and computer network designed and implemented before the holidays in all major US metropolitan areas and then other cities, democracies and nations.
In my opinion, this is the time to give FBI and other public safety responsible entities a very powerful technical assist to prevent needless loss of lives, infrastructure, economic confidence, economic continuity and confidence to invest in markets and business and having to try to replace efficiences and economies that were created over many years while losing currrent business wealth creation in the event of an attack. I am not getting any respoinse from Mayors of Major cities or governors or city councils in New York, DC or Philadelphia. This is the time to design and install a nationally coordinated and internationally interopable system of sensors, interagency communication and supercomputer systems to harness and direct all technology available to detect weapons and terrorists before they attack.

Dear Mayor Bloobmerg, I appeal to your better judgement as a responsible elected official. Please ask Federal government for financial help if needed and meet with other Mayors to ask the government for funds to renovate crumbling transit systems infrastructure and technological terror weapon detection and alarm and effective, appropriate responder mobilization, allocation and role assignments capabilities. Please listen to what your Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said that Penn Station is not adequately protected. Even a vigilant FBI is not optimal help alone in terror weapon and terrorist detection and deterrent capability network of sensors, interagency communications and supercomputer system would offer. PLEASE!

Philadelphia City Council, Mayor Michael Nutter, Governor Ed Rendell and Counterparts in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, other ports, major cities, Port Authority Police, transit police
I would like to present a public safety project to detect and deter terrorism. I am writing a survey to assess readiness and ability to detect and prevent loss from terrorist attack. It requires legislative and technical expertise I do not possess. Although Philadelphia may not be a target, as the City in which the Declaration was penned and signed, I ask you to set an example for other cities in the USA by getting sensors installed in Philadelphia in the next three months at the latest and to mentor other cities.
You have the ability, by setting an excellent example and helping other cities such as New York and LA and Miami, a vulnerable port, to install sensors, interagency communications systems and supercomputer systems to detect nuclear suitcase, other explosives, biohazard and hazardous material on their way to a target.
Without the ability to detect terrorist means of destruction heading to a target or targets, there is no statistically reliable way to detect and prevent terrorist attacks destroying life, infrastructure, economic viability and wealth built by frugal, hardworking souls for generations. In other words, without sensors, communications and supercomputer systems processing sensed data and parsing data of powerful, relational databases, there is an unacceptable and unnecessary level of risk from loss due to terrorist attacks.
Please schedule a meeting where we can discuss the objectives of this project, scenarios sensors and systems will address, and talk with the legislators, attorneys, engineers, technical and other experts needed to get this project done in all major US cities and ports before the end of the year.
I am not trying to profit or get attention and have no money coming to me as a result of any vendor relationship. As my friend Don, Janet’s husband, said, this is a highly interactive project, there is a need, and help.
